Our experienced team combines craftsmanship and creativity to produce sustainable reclaimed wood products of the highest quality. Together, we work passionately to bring your unique wishes to life.

Our History

1992

— Founding of Bio Holzhandels- und Trocknungs GmbH by Mr. Bozic Janez. The company specializes in the import and export of hardwood products.

1995

— Construction of a 450 m² Warehouse for kiln dried hard & soft woods in order to expand storage capacity.

1997

— Completion of a new office building to improve operational processes.

2004

— Completion of an insulated 500 m² Warehouse for the storage of kiln-dried goods in order to increase storage capacities.

2008

— Obtained FSC® certification, which demonstrates sustainable forestry and responsible use of wood resources.

2010

— Tragic fire that completely destroys the 1 off the Warehouses.

2011

— Completion of a new and improved Warehouse.

2012

— Takeover of the management by Mr. Harald Sadovnik, who brings new impulses to the company.

2015

— Obtaining of a second storage area to further expand storage capacities and meet growing demands.

2018

— Start of the "History and Style" showroom, where the products are presented to customers in an attractive form and offered for sale.

2021

— Completion of a new office building to improve administrative structures and to be able to expand the number of employees.

2024

— Implementation of a show house that is intended to serve as a source of inspiration for customers and is rented out as introduction training and teambuilding location.
